The Burnaby Potters' Guild is committed to sharing
knowledge and appreciation of the art and craft of ceramics amongst guild
members and with the wider community. In addition to our two sales per year, we
support ceramic arts in the community through participation in exhibitions
and events such as the Burnaby Blooms festival, and through donating time and
ceramic work to community and charity events.
The purposes of the Society are:
- To advance knowledge and appreciation and to stimulate interest in ceramics through association with a group of people with shared interest in this area, and through exhibitions and workshops.
- To make familiar ceramic processes and studio organization.
